We need space! Please keep the floor area in the room clear (amazingly, we often have to do an open suitcase obstacle race to get around the room!) and keep some surface space clear for our products and hot tools, close to a power outlet if possible.

A low-backed chair is preferable for hair styling. Our MUA usually provides her own stool.

Good lighting is a must! MUAs tend to like being near a window so they can see how the natural light will reflect on their work. (We often fight about who is going nearest the window!) Seriously though, good overhead lighting is important too, for hairstyling.

For hair to be put up, please wash it the day before and without any products being left in. We add our own styling products on the day to help against humidity and create long lasting styles.  

Do wear a top that does not have to be pulled over your head and bring along fascinators and hair accessories so we can place them for you.

Please advise in advance if any guests need hair extensions styled and placed as we will need to allow for extra time.

Do try to keep to a list order if there is one, not everyone wants to go first (especially after the night before!) but it helps if we always have someone in the chair.
